Focusing on network solutions and security solutions as its core businesses, SAXA, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") aims to contribute to the development of a better society through the development, production, sales, maintenance, and service of solutions that satisfy our customers.
Recognizing that the appropriate protection of information that can identify specific individuals (“personal information”), especially the personal information of our customers, is a social responsibility, the Company promotes the following initiatives for all personal information it handles:

All directors and employees (including part-time staff and temporary workers) are trained to understand the importance of personal information protection and to implement appropriate handling practices.
  2. 2The Company establishes a personal information protection management system and a management structure. Each department handling personal information appoints a manager responsible for ensuring proper management of personal information.
  3. 3The Company uses acquired personal information only for the purposes communicated to customers at the time of acquisition. When personal information is entrusted to the Company by other entities, the Company handles the information appropriately within the contractual scope agreed upon with the entrusting party.
  4. 4When requesting customers to provide personal information, the Company will, in principle, inform them of the purpose of use, the third parties to whom the information may be disclosed, and the contact information for inquiries.
  5. 5The Company implements appropriate safety measures, including technical measures, to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information. These safety measures are reviewed as needed, and corrective actions are taken where necessary.
  6. 6Except where required by law or other legitimate reasons, the Company will not disclose personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned.
  7. 7When providing or entrusting personal information to third parties, the Company ensures, through contractual obligations or other measures, that such third parties prevent leakage or further disclosure of the information.

3.“Requests for Disclosure, etc.” Through a Proxy

When the requestor is a statutory representative of a minor or an adult ward, or a proxy authorized by the individual to make the request, please submit the following documents along with the above-mentioned items by mail or in person:

For parents or guardians:

4.Fees for “Requests for Disclosure, etc.” and the Collection Methods

For requests for disclosure of personal information subject to disclosure:

550 yen per application
If mailing, include 550 yen in postage stamps with the application documents.

  • *If the fee is insufficient or not included, you will be notified.
  • *If payment is not made within the specified period, the request will be considered as not submitted.
For requests for correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision of personal information subject to disclosure to third parties:
No fees are required.

5.Method of Responding to “Requests for Disclosure, etc.”

Responses will be provided in writing to the address stated in the application form.

6.Purpose of Use of Personal Information Acquired Through “Requests for Disclosure, etc.”

Personal information acquired through requests for disclosure, etc. shall only be used to the extent necessary for fulfilling the purpose of the request. The submitted documents will be retained for five years after the period during which relevant personal information is held (or after the response to the request if no relevant personal information exists) and then will be discarded.

7.Reasons for Non-Disclosure of "Personal Information Subject to Disclosure"

The following circumstances may result in non-disclosure. If non-disclosure is determined, notification will be provided with the reason.
Please note that the prescribed fee will still be charged for non-disclosure cases.

  1. 1When the address stated on the application form, the address on the submitted identity verification documents, and the address registered with the Company do not match, making identity verification impossible
  2. 2When the authority of the proxy cannot be confirmed during an application through a proxy
  3. 3When there are deficiencies in the prescribed application documents
  4. 4When disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
  5. 5When disclosure may significantly interfere with the proper execution of our business
  6. 6When disclosure would violate laws or regulations
